Description

Made in Portugal

The Japan Black Comfort is made from a 10,6 oz black comfort wideloom fabric woven at the renowned Japanese fabric mill, Kuroki. This particular fabric is made with a high quality black sulphur dye that will keep its black colour longer as you wash the garment. During production, the cotton yarns are dipped using a method called rope dye, where the yarns are dipped in such short intervals between oxidation that the colour won’t completely penetrate the fibres. This leaves a white cotton core inside the fibre which slowly appears as contrast fading throughout the jeans as friction tear the coloured layers off of the fibres. All black denims will lose its colour as it ages. But as this particular fabric loose colour, it’ll come in white contrast instead of becoming a dull grey.

The garment features:
- 10,6 Oz washed wideloom denim from Kuroki, Japan
- 93%co/7%pl sanforized black cotton
- Warp and weft dyed in black
- High quality black sulphur dye
- Black waxed leather back patch made in Italy
- 5 oz ecru canvas pocketing.
- YKK two-prongtack, copper button fly
- YKK solid copper washer-burr rivets
- Stitched with high quality poly core cotton thread
- Made at Lisama in Portugal.

Model is 190 cm, weight 78 kg and wears a size 31/34
