40´s Naval Peacoat (S)
Navy peacoat from the Naval Clothing Factory, used in the US Navy. This jacket is from around 1949, and judging by the gold buttons, it belonged to a chief/officer. It´s a solid and heavy coat with a wool shell. Features two side hand pockets (corduroy lined), two inner pockets and golden metal buttons with eagle motifs. The windy sea has nothing on this coat! A few stains and a hole on the left armpit on the lining. Fits a size S-M or womens L.
Chest width 52 cm
Front Length 79 cm

Please be aware that sizes and fits vary greatly from brand to brand, and decade to decade. Instead of just following the garments' S/M/L labels, we recommend comparing the garments' measurements with a similar product you own and know fits you.
