Made in PortugalThe Japan Flowerly Black is an essential for every wardrobe this summer and a definite favourite at Livid. Made in super light and comfortable cotton / silk composition woven on narrow shuttlelooms at the Japanese fabric mill, Maruwa. The Japan Flowerly Black is an extremely strong fabric, and contains 10% of the natural protein fiber, silk, which has the strongest tensile strength of any natural fiber in the world.
This top of the line garment is made in our slim shortsleeve shirt, Anton. Designed to rest close to the body for consistency of comfort and is intended for normal layering. Featuring a clean collar and a centre front closure with horn imitated buttons made in Portugal. It has short sleeves, a single chest pocket, extra space over the shirts back yoke and clean side tabs at the hem.
The garment features: - 3,5 Oz plain weave made of 10% silk / 90% modal- Woven by the Japanese mill Maruwa. - Horn imitated buttons made by Louropel in Portugal. - Stitched with high quality poly core cotton thread. - Made at Neto & Silva in Roriz Santo Tirso, Portugal. - Limited to only 60 pieces made.

Machine washTurn inside out, and carefully follow the washing instructions attached to the garment. Wash with similar colours without any fabric softener. Do not tumble dry, and be sure to stretch inseams while damp to maintain preferred arm length. May shrink up to 5% depending on how many degrees. Handwash is recommended for minimal shrinkage and damage to the material.Dry – or wet bleedSome of our garments are un-washed and un-threated and if dyed in indigo they may dry- or wet bleed. Be careful with rubbing against furniture or other clothing articles.
