Made in PortugalThe Japan Green Hawaii is one of our definite favourites this season and a essential for every wardrobe this summer. Made in super light and comfortable plain weave fabric with a fresh light green Hawaiian print woven on old style narrow shuttlelooms at the Japanese fabric mill, Maruwa. Despite the quite comfortable and light feel this particular fabric is extremely strong, and contains 65% of the natural manmade fiber Lyocell, better known in the US under the brand name Tencel. Lyocell is an amazing eco friendly fabric consisting of cellulose fibre made from dissolving wood pulp. Other advantages to the Lyocell fibre is that it is conveniently resistant to wrinkles, it has a super smooth surface and incredible wicking abilities keeping the skin dry making it a great fabric for sensitive skin, is has natural breathability and 50% greater moisture absorption that cotton, it is anti-bacterial due to its moisture management and lastly it is fully biodegradable.
This top of the line garment is made in our slim shortsleeve shirt, Anton. Designed to rest close to the body for consistency of comfort and is intended for normal layering. Featuring a clean collar and a centre front closure with horn imitated buttons made in Portugal. It has short sleeves, a single chest pocket, extra space over the shirts back yoke and clean side tabs at the hem.
The garment features: - 4 Oz plain weave made of 65% lyocell / 35% cotton- Woven by the Japanese mill Maruwa. - Horn imitated buttons made by Louropel in Portugal. - Stitched with high quality poly core cotton thread. - Made at Neto & Silva in Roriz Santo Tirso, Portugal. - Limited to only 60 pieces made.

Machine washTurn inside out, and carefully follow the washing instructions attached to the garment. Wash with similar colours without any fabric softener. Do not tumble dry, and be sure to stretch inseams while damp to maintain preferred arm length. May shrink up to 3% depending on how many degrees. Handwash is always recommended for minimal shrinkage and damage to the material.Dry – or wet bleedSome of our garments are un-washed and un-threated and if dyed in indigo they may dry- or wet bleed. Be careful with rubbing against furniture or other clothing articles.
