The Japan Black is made from a 10,6 oz rinsed black comfort wideloom fabric woven at the renowned Japanese fabric mill, Kuroki. This particular fabric is made with high quality black sulphur dye that will keep its deep black colour longer as you wash the garment. During production the cotton yarns are dipped using a method called rope dyed, where the yarns are dipped in such short intervalls between oxidation that the colour won’t completely penetrate the fibers. This leaves a white cotton core inside the fiber which will slowly appear as contrast fading throughout the jeans as friction tear the coloured layers off the fibers. All black denims will loose it’s colour as it ages. But as this particular fabric loose colour, it’ll come in white contrasts instead of becoming a dull grey.
This particular product is from our seasonal collection line. A wide collection of uncompromising garments of high quality. Available in a variety of retailers who shares the same passion for denim and other well made products. We take a lot of pride in having some of our products made in Portugal and in Europe. This makes us able to do frequent visits to ensure a good working enviroment for the people who make all our products as well as frequent quality controls for all our goods.
