Purvis Taupe Casentino
Made in Portugal.
Introducing Purvis, our 100% Casentino wool pullover.
Made in a generous silhouette designed for layering, Purvis is ideal both for sporty pursuits in the wilderness or combined with your city attire.
Being Scandinavians, we love the all-year functionality of fleece products, and also the aesthetics of combining sportier elements with with our collections. However, we haven't been comfortable with producing synthetic fleece garments due to the problems with microplastics. We are therefor proud to introduce a new addition to our 100% Casentino wool program.
Casentino wool is a luxurious Italian wool quality from the Casentino valley in Tuscany, that has a history dating back to the middle ages. World renowned for its high quality, and its neppy surface pile.
With its sportswear-inspired design, Purvis becomes an elevated fleece pullover with a wonderful feel, and very functional properties: It breathes well, keeps you warm, and is easy to care for. Featuring a stand-up collar, zippered chest pocket, and hand warmer pockets above the longer curved hems. The half-zip lets you easily adjust your heat levels during activities. Wear it over a T-shirt in mild weather, over sweaters when it becomes colder, and during winter it's a perfect mid-layer beneath a coat.
