Love & Care
The gentlest way to clean your sneakers a manual treatment, where you soak the sneakers in soapy water to get rid of most of the dirt. The dirtiest areas should be scrubbed very gently with a brush, then rinsed under running water and wrung out of excess water.
We always recommend removing the laces and insoles from the shoes and cleaning each sneaker separately.
We do not recommend washing most types of sneakers in the washing machine. If you still choose this option, carefully consider the washing program you select (NEVER wash at temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius). Always choose a delicate washing cycle, preferably with the lowest spin speed and spin cycle. Remove the laces and insole, and place your sneakers in a laundry bag to protect them from damage. Do not bleach. White soles are ideally cleaned with a special cleaner and an old toothbrush. Thanks to such treatments, your sneakers will look like new for a long time.

Your heel should fit snug with no slipping. The midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight. You should have enough room in the toe box to freely wiggle your toes.
