If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased merchandise, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. When returning items purchased on our web shop you are entitled to a refund or item exchange. All returned merchandise shall be returned in its original condition and shall only be returned with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Please do not attach tape to any of the products, and be sure to include the receipt you received with your original delivery. Customers with products returned with tags missing will receive cash refunds with deduction.
The following return fees apply and are deducted from your refund:
- Return to any of our Livid stores: 19 NOK
- Return by post / return label: 89 NOK
Shipping costs are not refunded.
If you live in Norway, we include a return sticker you can use for the return shipment. Simply attach the return sticker that came with the package to the box, secure the box with tape, and delivery it at any post Postnord pickup point. We will refund you as soon as we receive the return.
If you live outside Norway, you will have to pay for the shipping costs. When exchanging items we will cover the freight costs back to you. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase. If you paid taxes when receiving your goods, you may be eligible to get your taxes refunded. Please contact your national customs authorities for assistance in this matter.
We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. But in case a defect should appear all products purchased on the Livid Jeans online store are subjected to 2 years warranty. This warranty covers production faults only and not regular wear and tear. If the item is refunded due to manufacturing defects, Livid Jeans will refund the cost of the items as well as the cost of returning it.
We only accept returns on products which are purchased from our flagship stores or through our online store.
All international returns/exchanges must be authorized by Livid Jeans. Please send your request to email@example.com with order number and list of items you’d like to return. Upon confirmation from us, pack the items in the original package if possible, and send prepaid and insured to our headquarters in Trondheim, Norway. You will receive the information you need after getting in touch.
Livid Jeans is not responsible for compensation of lost packages without any proof of delivery. When your return is received we will refund the purchase immediately.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and other major credit cards. We also accept Paypal and Apple Pay, as well as invoicing through Klarna in certain regions.
Upon placing your order, we will authorise the payment through your preferred method of payment. Payment will charged be on the same day as the goods is sent.
For payments by invoice, the invoice shall be issued when the good is dispatched. The due date shall be written on the invoice is at a minimum 14 days from when the goods are dispatched.
Purchasers under the age of 18 may not pay via invoicing.
We strive to dispatch all goods within 24 hours. In Norway you can expect to receive the goods within 2-5 working days. For international shipment, delivery is depending on your selected method of shipment.
Delivery has occurred once the Purchaser or his/ her representative has taken possession of the item.
If the delivery time is not stated in the ordering solution, the Seller shall deliver the good to the Purchaser within a reasonable time frame and no later than 30 days after the order is placed by the customer. The good shall be delivered to the Purchaser unless other, special arrangements are made between the parties.
Taxes on international shipments
The prices displayed on our website includes all local taxes and duties. We will handle everything on our end, so there will be no surprises after your purchase.
If you find any problems with the goods received, or late/non-arrivals, don't hesitate to get in touch and we will sort you out.
Claims must be directed to the Seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court.
